Our 24-hour Emergency Psychiatric Service (EPS) is designed to safely bring individuals experiencing acute mental health or substance-related crises—such as aggression, violence, or extreme unmanageability—from their homes to our clinic for immediate evaluation and care.
What We Do:
Upon request from guardians or caretakers, our trained response team—consisting of a medical doctor, psychiatric nurse, and health assistants—arrives at the location to safely transport the individual to our facility. Once at MONON, the client undergoes an urgent assessment to determine an immediate care approach. This is followed by a psychiatric consultation and the initiation of a personalized treatment plan tailored to the client’s condition and needs.
